Shipping Options

  • Free Shipping — Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days (continental U.S.).
  • Fast Shipping — Estimated delivery: 5–11 business days for $220.

Notes: Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to freight capacity, weather, and supply-chain conditions.

Freight Shipping (Large & Heavy Items)

Many of our products (e.g., mowers, woodworking machinery, Gator™ utility vehicles, compact tractors, excavators, compact construction equipment) ship via freight.

  • Curbside delivery: The driver will deliver to the curb/driveway; moving items indoors is not included.
  • Assistance: Please arrange help or equipment for unloading if needed.
  • Delays: Freight is complex; timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Lead Times

  • Orders placed Monday–Friday are processed promptly. Orders placed on weekends process the next business day.
  • In-stock items typically ship within 2–3 business days after processing.
  • Backordered items may require additional time; we’ll notify you with updates.

Order Confirmation

After checkout, you’ll receive an order confirmation email and your payment method may be pre-authorized.
If any item is unavailable/backordered and you opt not to wait, pre-authorization will be voided or refunded.

Order Shipment & Tracking

In-stock orders typically ship within five business days after charges process.
We’ll email tracking details within 24 hours of shipment.

Changing the Shipping Address

We’ll do our best to accommodate address changes after an order is processed or shipped, but this may cause delays.
Any carrier fees related to address changes are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Times & Responsibilities

  • All shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • If you request to cancel due to delays after an item has shipped, applicable freight/processing fees may apply per our return policy.
  • If you experience a delay, please reach out so we can assist and coordinate with the carrier.

How to Prepare for Delivery

  1. Inspect before signing: Examine the packaging and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.
  2. Photograph issues: Take clear photos of any damage to the packaging and item.
  3. Report quickly: Email photos, details, and your order number to Support@bravton.com.

Damaged Items

  • Visible carrier damage: Note on the delivery receipt and report within 24 hours.
  • Concealed damage / missing parts: Report within 5 business days of delivery.

We’ll work with you on solutions such as replacement parts, a discount to keep, or a replacement/refund.
Please do not use the item while a claim is in progress and keep original packaging for inspection.
Respond to resolution offers within 3 business days.

Missing Items

If any boxes or parts are missing, mark the delivery receipt accordingly and inform the driver if possible.
Report to us within 5 business days. We will replace untraceable missing items at no charge.
Late reports may limit available resolutions.

Stolen Packages (Parcel Deliveries)

If a parcel shipment shows as “delivered” but you cannot locate it, please file a claim directly with the carrier and notify us.
We’ll provide documentation needed for your claim.
