At BRAVTON, your satisfaction matters. We know equipment purchases are significant, so we strive to make returns, exchanges, and cancellations straightforward and fair—especially for larger items like
mowers, woodworking machinery, Gator™ utility vehicles, compact tractors, excavators, and compact construction equipment.

  • Custom / made-to-order: Final sale—non-cancelable and non-returnable.

Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your order any time before it ships for a full refund (minus any non-recoverable payment processing fees). For custom or made-to-order products, cancellations are not possible once production has started.

To cancel, contact us during business hours at (888) 898-3413 or email Support@bravton.com. If your order has already left the warehouse, it can no longer be canceled and will fall under the return policy below.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Products built or configured specifically for you (e.g., special configurations, custom options) are final sale and cannot be canceled or returned. If you’re unsure whether your item is custom, please contact us before purchasing.

Returns & Exchanges (30 Days)

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging with all accessories and manuals. Once used/installed, items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated on the product page. For freight items, return costs can be significant due to weight/size—please consider this before requesting a return.

A restocking fee may apply (typically around 20%, varies by manufacturer). Payment processor fees (typically 2.9%–5.99% + $0.30) are non-refundable.

Some manufacturers prohibit returns; when a manufacturer disallows returns, we cannot accept them. Policies may vary by brand and product—contact us for item-specific guidance.

How to Start a Return

  1. Request an RMA by emailing Support@bravton.com with your order number and reason.
  2. Receive RMA instructions and the correct return address (varies by manufacturer).
  3. Ship the item back insured and with tracking; share the tracking with us.
  4. Inspection & refund: Once received and inspected, we’ll process the refund minus applicable fees.

Damages on Delivery

Please inspect your shipment at delivery.

  • Visible (carrier) damage: Note the damage on the delivery receipt, take photos, and report within 24 hours to Support@bravton.com.
  • Concealed damage/defect: Report within 5 business days of delivery with photos and your order number.

Based on the issue and manufacturer policy, we’ll offer options such as replacement parts, a partial discount to keep the item, or a replacement/refund. Items must remain unused while a resolution is arranged. If you choose a discount or replacement parts, please accept/decline the offer within 3 business days.

We are an online dealer and cannot coordinate on-site repairs. For complex equipment, we may help you connect with a local service provider at your expense.

Residue or marks from manufacturing processes are not covered for cleaning/removal costs.

Shipping & Lead Times

We ship via Nildashipping. Standard estimates: Free shipping (7–21 days), Fast shipping (5–11 days) for $220. Timelines are estimates and may change due to supply chain factors (manufacturer schedules, freight capacity, labor constraints, weather, etc.). Delays are outside of bravton’s direct control.

Customer Acknowledgements

  • I will inspect packages at delivery; visible damage will be noted with the carrier, photographed, and reported within 24 hours. Concealed damage will be reported within 5 business days.
  • I am responsible for return and reship shipping costs for returns/exchanges unless stated otherwise on the product page.
  • Items must be returned unused, in original packaging; restocking fees may apply.
  • If my order has shipped, a full refund via cancellation is not possible.
  • Manufacturer policies may limit or prohibit returns on some items.
  • Shipping date estimates may change due to factors beyond Bravton’s control.

Warranty

Warranties vary by manufacturer—see individual product pages for specifics (many range from 1–5 years depending on the brand and item). Damage occurring on arrival that is not reported within the timeframes above does not qualify as a warranty claim.

For warranty assistance, contact us first and we’ll help coordinate with the manufacturer for parts/service.

BOGO / Bundle Promotions

For a full refund, all items included in the promotion must be returned. Returning only part of a promotion may result in a replacement of the returned item or store credit for its standalone value. If the order has shipped, you are responsible for actual return freight charges.
