When Will My Order Arrive?

Orders typically process within 1–2 business days and are delivered within:

• Free Shipping: 7–21 business days
• Fast Shipping: 5–11 business days for $220

Large equipment such as mowers, tractors, excavators, and Gator™ utility vehicles may require special freight arrangements.

Order Status Definitions

• Processing: Your order is received and being prepared for shipment.
• Shipped: Your order has left our warehouse and is in transit. Track with your number.
• Out for Delivery: Your order is on the delivery vehicle and will arrive today.
• Delivered: Your order has arrived at your shipping address. Enjoy your new equipment!
